Coenraad's half-day programme provides a supported journey into deeper regulation, self-awareness, and transformation. Combining trauma-informed breathwork, neuroscience-informed practice, and complementary approaches including plant medicine, you'll be guided towards greater clarity, resilience, and meaningful, lasting change.
"It's not about feeling better. It's about getting better at feeling"
- Dr Gabor Mate, trauma-informed physician and author
I'm trained in trauma-informed somatic breathwork and draw on my background in psychology and neuroscience, where I've held space for mindfulness retreats for the past five years.
I've worked for a decade and a half in the competitive tech and film industries. I can authentically relate to the desire to change emotional and behavioural patterns shaped by pressure, stress, or transition. Whether changes feel big or small, all intentions are welcome.
Colleagues and participants have described me as empathic, kind, direct, light-hearted, organised, calm, and compassionate.
Authenticity has guided my work in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion with marginalised communities, as well as my role providing crisis support to people at risk of suicide with Samaritans.
Alongside this, my background in project management required me to create psychological safety within teams and to work closely with leadership on relational dynamics and accountability.
